How does that song go? Signs, signs, everywhere a sign …. So marketing wasn’t the aim of the song; however, the song provides some marketing advice.
Job Site Signs – These are real attention-getters that also are easy to produce and use. Whether you’re working inside or out, people will notice the signs and know who’s doing the work.
Door Hangers – Here’s another marketing tool you can produce in mass quantity for little money. When you’re working in a certain neighborhood, take a few minutes to walk the neighborhood and place the hangers on door knobs. This,
combined with your job site sign, will make for an effective lead generator.
Refrigerator Magnet – Everybody needs magnets for their refrigerators in order to display photos and cards. What better place to have your company name or logo. Give them out as a “thank you” or as an introduction through the mail.
Truck Signage – If you’re doing serious business, you’ve got to have your name and logo on your truck. Wherever you go, whatever you do, you’ll always be advertising.
Business Card – Business cards are cheap and easy to produce, but don’t forget to include your email address and website. Keep a stack in your truck and in your wallet.
